This privacy policy applies to the Personal SMS Forwarding program operated by the number owner (sole proprietor). The program forwards text messages received on the owner's phone number to the owner's own personal mobile phone. The sole recipient of forwarded messages is the account owner.
Message frequency varies and depends on how many messages are received by the forwarding number. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile plan.
When a text message is sent to the service's phone number, we process the sender's phone number and the message content solely for the purpose of forwarding that message to the account owner's personal mobile phone.
Phone numbers and message content are used exclusively to deliver forwarded messages to the account owner as part of the Personal SMS Forwarding program. They are not used for marketing, advertising, or any commercial purpose.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message logs are retained by our telecommunications provider (Twilio) in accordance with their data retention policies and may be deleted by the account owner at any time.
